How to start in Conservation?

‘What would your first step be to get into conservation?’

Volunteer. It sounds really cheesey. But volunteer on a project. Get out there because if you get the right project, the right teacher, you’ll come away with skills that are transferable, that you can use in different situations that will help you not just progress your career, but will help you become more and more inspired.

And when you’re inspired that’s going to give you the energy just to keep on going and knowing that this is your path.
